We represent our clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO/DPMA) as well as before the European Patent Office (EPO), both in case of national/regional filings as well as the nationalization/regionalization of International Applications filed through the PCT.

Our patent attorneys cover a wide variety of technical fields and assist you in obtaining patent or utility model protection by pursuing the application before the GPTO or the EPO until grant of the patent as well as in opposition proceedings.

We carry out searches prior to filing an application or to clear a product for sale. We prepare expert opinions in patent infringement cases, carry out invalidation actions before the Federal Patent Court and represent our clients in patent infringement and litigation cases. We also carry out negotiations for license agreements and draft the respective contracts.
