We represent our clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO/DPMA) as well as before the European Union Intellectual Property Office - EUIPO (formerly Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM)), the office responsible for European Union trade marks (formerly Community Trademarks), for both direct filings as well as designations in International Registrations via the Madrid System.

Prior to filing we inform you about the best strategy and carry out the necessary work such as searching for prior marks, drafting of the list of goods and services and choosing the type of mark to be filed. We then represent you during the application and possible opposition proceedings.

With your registered mark we help you in judging possible disputes with younger marks, represent you in opposition and litigation proceedings, and draft licence agreements.
